Front Office Executive

Qualification Required:
Gaduation required ( / B.A), Min Exp required – 1-2 yrs,
Handling queries and complaints over phone, Transferring calls as necessary, Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
Performing ad-hoc administration duties.
Daily management and management of meeting rooms.

Security Guard / Supervisor

Qualification Required:
Enforcing laws, rules and company policies.
Responding to emergencies.
Protect Property.
Monitoring alarms and surveillance systems.
Patrolling areas and performing checks.
Writing activity and incident reports.
